Simone Shall has an MSc in Computer Science. She has been involved in the NGO sector for the past 20 years, having worked for the Workplace Information Group and SANGONeT. She has considerable database experience and has extensive training experience in the NGO and para-statal sector.

Marc Suttner has over 20 years experience in the educational publishing field. He was the founding editor of Learn and Teach magazine and served as the director of Learn and Teach Publications. After leaving Learn and Teach, he ran his own publishing company, Homefront Publications. He has written and edited extensively, with a special interest in adult basic education.
